Rush rips off Funkadelic

I'm a big fan of Rush and Funkadelic and I recall someone saying that Rush ripped off Funkadelic on the intro to some song on Rush's CARESS OF STEEL album. Can you tell me which song it is on CARESS OF STEEL so that I can listen to it and compare it to the FUNKADELIC song?
