I can't believe I'm posting this, but "Photograph" by Def Leppard. The song has possibly the WORST drum sound I've ever heard, but it's such a great fucking song it doesn't even matter! lol

good lists, yall are helping me compose my rock mix tape. i've added Iris, (GGD)Bambi, Never (Heart), U Oughtta Know, and Vibrator to my list.
I need to pick ONE U2 track now, Desire is coming to mind but I haven't heard their albums to know what might trump it.

yo bobsteezy, are So Fine and Fidelity by Mint Condition some straight up rockers!? i don't have any MC; didn't know they took it "there"

dirty chris, how so young but musically astute?

well I was born in '81
one of the very first comments
in my "babybook" is that
I taught myself to
use the tape recorder (and well)
I knew how to rewind, record
and of course spin records too
this was all before the age of 2

I love music man cool

because those who mind don't matter
and those who matter don't mind."

So Fine is a slow jam with crazy guitars and lots of Stokley screaming!

...Fidelity is rock n roll with a funky breakdown that would make the JBs proud.
