I know Prince can't play any of the instruments within the horn sections. What else?

I'm not sure if he's the one who played the oud @ the intro of "We Can Funk" but even so, I happen to know for a fact that its a TOUGH instrument to tackle and it takes a pretty long time to perfect it.
