I'd choose tommy lee over michael bolton anytime. tommy lee was the drummer of my childhood heroes mötely crue. i loved the "shout at the devil" album when i was ten.

michael bolton is among the worst artists i have ever heard. i still can't get over how he massacred "when a man loves a woman". the only good thing about him is that he got rid of his czech hockey player haircut.

Who actually likes Michael Bolton? Where do the sales come from?

I always assume Mike and many other big sellers are popular with "Non music fans", i.e. people who only have a handful of LPs, all dictated from the chart and media...

Exactly. Michael Bolton fans all tend to be 40ish and 50ish white women without a shed of knowledge of music. My mother included (although she knows a little bit about music, just has bad taste...)
