It looks like Michael Jackson is hurting for money lately. Take a look at his web site (http://www.michaeljackson.com). He's had to implement "Google Ads" to the pages. lol

Michael has no business on the same stage as Prince.
What's he gonna do? Moonwalk while Prince roasts the audience with a guitar solo. Moonwalking is dead, much like Michaels career.
MJ can now be rented out for parties like a "CLOWN!"

he only owns 50% of the catalogue which leaves him with 500million he has a debt of 350mil and if he sells it at 500mil he needs to pay capital gain tax + california state taxes on $450mil which will total 30% or more so he is practically broke. why u think he is goin beggin around from all the arab princes

[Edited 6/1/07 18:30pm]
[Edited 6/1/07 18:32pm]

michael owns other stuff than 50% of the ATV/sony catelogue which doesnt even include the rights to most of his own music which considering how often it is used would be worth a fortune he has alot of property all over the world alot of which people know barely anything about and is rumoured to have alot of money invested in las vegas so i doubt he is concerned about where he is going to get money from

good for him to be payed to go to a party other celebrities often get paid to go to parties and no one says stuff about them

i have to say i didnt believe the rumours about michael and prince though i have to admit it would be an interesting gig to see

Ok, do you want me to say something about the other celebrities getting paid to attend a party.....

ok....no integrity.

its a difference if they are performing or entertaining but just to walk in the door....why pimp yourself like that?

I guess I have a different value set than others.

Yeah yeah whatever, ...MJ has more fans than P anyway so i don't really think he "needs" him you know.

Yes mj made some serious mistakes in his life (no he didn't molest anyone), but even tough he's trying to move on with his life, and we all know he's working on his music and keeps a low profile right now...the media will always write something about him....somehow.
I'm sure he realizes he made mistakes like the surgery (teddy riley said that in an interview) and stuff like that and regrets it...but what do you want him to say? "i'm ugly, i'm sorry"? No, he's simply trying to move on guys, so why shouldn't you?

If this story is a lie then why does MJ's camp even bother commenting?
Sounds like they are upset that the story got out & now they have to deny it? What else could they do - confirm that Prince turned MJ down?

if the don't confirm that it is a lie people will begin to speculate even more, but in cases like this michael can deny this rumor but some people will still believe cause they want to

Well he could take the high road
& just not comment on gossip & rumours.
I mean I don't see Prince releasing a comment
& nobody is accusing him of hiding out.

That's because he comes off smelling like a pack of roses eitherway.
Plus i doubt that Prince even knows about the story, and if he does, i doubt he'll care to respond to it, cause for him it's not bad press.
Plus even he knows the serpent windings of The Sun

There is probably some truth to this. Michael IS THE BIGGER ARTIST HOWEVER PRINCE IS THE MORE RESPECTED OUT OF THE TWO.A DESPERATE PERSON WILL DO ANYTHING INCLUDING MICHAEL IF HE THINKS HE CAN BENEFIT FROM IT.

I really doubt any of that is true.Prince was asked in the 80's to do the Bad vide$o and told MJ no.And MJ came to visit him once and Prince was making fun of him. Prince really doesn't want anything to do with MJ. Plus MJ has never said anything nice about JW's so I don't think he would want to be around someone who has negative feelings about his beliefs. I've always liked Prince but MJ is a bit disturb and not as talented was MJ.But, that is my opinion. The proof is all so bright though. Who has a new record coming out called Plant Earth? NOT MJ! Who is selling out on his concerts? NOT MJ! Who has a new perfume coming out called 3121? NOT MJ! Who is made better judgements in life and is reaping the rewards? NOT MJ! I rest my case fellow Purple People. There is a new spiritual dawn amongst us.
