Did anyone of the people you have worked with from P's crew every talk about some of the things going on when P and Rick toured together.
On the old RickJames message board a guy named Pyro John told a lot of wild stories about that tour.

-P came into a promotional event with a switchblade and a bad attitude. Pryo John said P took out his blade and slashed his promotional pictures and then left the room. ( Who knew P carried a knife!!! )

I remember Andre Cymone saying in a interview that Rick pulled a gun on him once back stage but, the gun was really a stage prop.

Toward the end of the Fire It Up tour Rick and co. started working on the next album using a OBX synthesizer stolen from Prince. He said they returned it before he knew it was gone, LOL!!!

Hi Abdul. Are you a member of the forums over there? It seems that there are several people over there that have a problem with my opinion of Rick's new album. Especially the part where I said that Prince that ended up delivering the funk in the end and not Rick. Their biggest defense to that seems to be...."Prince is a dick sucker, a queer, a faggott, etc.". As if any of those things have anything to do with being funky.

Oh well, I feel the same way about Rick James fans that don't like my opinion as I do about Prince fans that don't like it.....fuck 'em.
