Invinicble is a good album, probably one of the best albums in 2001, however the intial tracklist was rejected by sony music because they want the album to have more commercial appeal, many of tracklists that Mj offered were rejected by sony but at the end they decided to go on whats on the album now.

here is one of the tracklist that was rejected.
Unbreakable
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels,Nora Payne, and Robert Smith)

Get Around
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels)

Invincible
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels, and Norman Gregg)

Butterflies
(Andre Harris and Marsha Ambrosius)

You Rock My World
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels, and Nora Payne)

Speechless
(Michael Jackson)

2000 Watts
(Michael Jackson,T.Riley,Tyrese Gibson,and J. Henson)

Shout
(Michael Jackson, Edward Riley, Claude Forbes, Roy Hamilton, Samuel Hoskins, Carmen Lampson)

Maybe We Can Do It .Feat P.Diddy
(Michael Jackson, P. Diddy, Rodney Jerkins)

She Was Lovin' Me
(Michael Jackson, Teddy Riley, Mark C. Rooney)

Pressure
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins)

Whatever Happens
(Michael Jackson,T.Riley,Gil Cang,J.Quay, and Geoffrey Williams)

Threatened
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels)

On this tacklist songs like : Break of dawn, heaven can wait, Lost children, Privacy and Heartbeaker do not exist.

Is there a source for this?

This Tracklist was posted by an MJ fan who saved the tracklist into his Pc back in 2001,but its legit since some of the songs were added later to rodney's website, like Pressure, Maybe we can do it, get around, they do exist cool ...Go to this rodney's website click on Darkchild Info then dicography..you will find those songs listed and other unreleased songs too.

http://darkchild.com/

There is also a song called Chicago 1945 listed on the rodney's website, Maybe its another version of the original track which was written with steve Procaro the same cat who composed Human nature,I don't know if this version on rodney's website is the same song that Mj worked with procaro, they could be different tracks or its just an updated version of procaro's version...Both versions remained unreleased.

I wonder why they only used Teddy's first name for this one.

Record companies sometimes mess up the credits Especailly sony music, On the Mj's the ultimate collection , the song On the Line was credited Mj as the songwriter of the track while the song was written with babyface.

Me neither.
Jackson can be sensual, but when he tries to be sexual, it just comes off as creepy. The first 3-4 songs on "Invincible" sound exactly alike; similar beats, rap bridge...tiring. At other times on the album he sounds like he's doing a parody of himself. "Cry" for example. It's full of so many chirps and grunts that it sounds almost like he's making fun of himself. Also, his singing too often sounds like someone just punched him in the stomach or he has a hernia or something. confused

I have always thought that Michael was sexy and sensual without even trying. Again, the problem is that a lot of people don't WANT to see him that way; therefore, they are the ones who feel uncomfortable when they hear him sing songs like "Butterflies"(sexy and steamy as hell), "Break of Dawn", "Heaven Can Wait". Even "Whatever Happens" is sexy and sensual. There's just something about Michael's voice that makes you FEEL what he is singing. I don't know any other singer who gives you chills and goosebumps with their vocal delivery alone as Michael does. Most singers have to sing about SEX in order to be sexy or sensual. Michael can just sing about "love" and it is still sexy. I really do believe that some people can't handle the fact that Michael makes them "feel a certain way" and they try to play it off it off in a negative way towards him.

I know what you are talking about.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."
