Winehouse had dashed back to the British capital for the songwriting award ceremony, from Florida, where she wed on/off boyfriend Blake Fielder-Civil last Friday (18May07). The star picked up Best Contemporary Song for Rehab at the ceremony at Grosvenor House, while Madonna's dance track Sorry was named International Hit Of The Year. Sir Elton John picked up the Prs Most Performed Work for his contribution to Scissor Sisters' single I Don't Feel Like Dancin'. English rockers Arctic Monkeys picked up the coveted Album Award for their debut release Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not. Meanwhile, pop newcomer Leona Lewis, who won the British TV talent show The X Factor last year (06), received Best Selling Uk Single for her debut A Moment Like This. In the TV/movie category, Ice Age 2: The Meltdown was named Best Original Film Score, while The Virgin Queen was Best Television Soundtrack.
