Yeah, she is.
Hmm. I don't know. I like alot of his songs. I'm diggin the video for "2 Bad" right now. biggrin
I'd have to say nothing beats "Startin' Something" or "Billie Jean" though. I have a killer remix of "Startin' Something" that was one of his "History" maxis. Most of Invincible is crap, but "Butterflies" is a gorgeous song.

"Dangerous" would be my choice of best album over all. the only reason i really played the "bad" album was to hear "Liberian Girl" and "Leave Me Alone" lol

Cloudbuster keeps trying to convince me how good of an album "Invincible" is..but i still haven't been able to get into it apart from 1 or 2 songs. thank god it only cost me $5. giggle

I just pulled out "Dangerous" to look at it. I think "Jam" and "Keep the Faith" are my favorites on there. I have "Who Is It" as my ringtone right now, and it always gets a laugh.

My copy of Invincible is damaged. I would LOVE to find a copy for $5.00 or any other price. I still listen to Invincbile much more than I do Michael's other albumes. IMO, it was his sexiest and most mature sounding album. I truly believe that some people, fans included, couldn't handle the sexy songs on this album. Is it just me when I think that some people-fans included- don't want Michael to "grow up" or sing of adult themes-love, desire, etc.? On Invincible, songs such as Butterflies, YRMW, Heaven Can Wait and Break of Dawn were VERY sexy and the critics didn't like that, as well as some fans. I truly hope that Michael continues to show this side of himself. The side that most fans have always wanted him to show.

I LOVE this song!!! LL Cool J has used it in one of his raps and so has MC Lyte. I can't think of the names of either song at the moment; however, the Liberian Girl sample was used very prevalent in both songs. I really enjoyed both artists' use of the Liberian Girl sample in their songs.

I sure do.

Me neither.
Jackson can be sensual, but when he tries to be sexual, it just comes off as creepy. The first 3-4 songs on "Invincible" sound exactly alike; similar beats, rap bridge...tiring. At other times on the album he sounds like he's doing a parody of himself. "Cry" for example. It's full of so many chirps and grunts that it sounds almost like he's making fun of himself. Also, his singing too often sounds like someone just punched him in the stomach or he has a hernia or something. confused

Invinicble is a good album, probably one of the best albums in 2001, however the intial tracklist was rejected by sony music because they want the album to have more commercial appeal, many of tracklists that Mj offered were rejected by sony but at the end they decided to go on whats on the album now.

here is one of the tracklist that was rejected.
Unbreakable
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels,Nora Payne, and Robert Smith)

(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels)

Invincible
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels, and Norman Gregg)

Butterflies
(Andre Harris and Marsha Ambrosius)

You Rock My World
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Fred Jerkins, La Shawn Daniels, and Nora Payne)

Speechless
(Michael Jackson)

2000 Watts
(Michael Jackson,T.Riley,Tyrese Gibson,and J. Henson)

Shout

Maybe We Can Do It .Feat P.Diddy
(Michael Jackson, P. Diddy, Rodney Jerkins)

She Was Lovin' Me

Pressure
(Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins)

Whatever Happens
(Michael Jackson,T.Riley,Gil Cang,J.Quay, and Geoffrey Williams)

I have always thought that Michael was sexy and sensual without even trying. Again, the problem is that a lot of people don't WANT to see him that way; therefore, they are the ones who feel uncomfortable when they hear him sing songs like "Butterflies"(sexy and steamy as hell), "Break of Dawn", "Heaven Can Wait". Even "Whatever Happens" is sexy and sensual. There's just something about Michael's voice that makes you FEEL what he is singing. I don't know any other singer who gives you chills and goosebumps with their vocal delivery alone as Michael does. Most singers have to sing about SEX in order to be sexy or sensual. Michael can just sing about "love" and it is still sexy. I really do believe that some people can't handle the fact that Michael makes them "feel a certain way" and they try to play it off it off in a negative way towards him.

Maybe a girly, Peter Pan wanna be just isn't sexy no matter what he's singing about.
