Mariah has done some diva-ish actions in the past, but a lot of the most notorious actions attributed to her are urban legends, and the others are partially true but blown way out of proportion to what really happened. There was one report back in the late 90s after King Hussein of Jordan died in which Mariah allegedly said that his death was tragic because he was the greatest basketball player who ever lived (she never said that). Another report claimed that after seeing a news report about starving children in Africa, she was said for them but wished that she could get almost as thin as they were (completely made up bullshit). Most of the behavior which was true (like the lifting of her skirt) was actually requested by her handlers, and that was while she was shooting a music video.

I just checked on the Amazon link, and while I'll admit that not all celebrities are bright, it's the media that looks even more stupid by devoting so much attention to them in the first place. We have soldiers dying in war in Iraq, tthe Bush administration is ripping the US treasury dry while creating a police state at the same time, and our health care and education systems are falling apart; yet the mainstream media spends hours of time talking about Paris Hilton and Rosie O'Donnell, or dirty hip-hop lyrics. Makes you wonder who the really stupid and arrogant people are.

See I love Mariah for all of her stupidity and arrogance - she's soooo entertaining. The homeless guy was a classic Mariah moment, as were the painted on abs. If there's one person Id love to see a reality show on its her. I guess its the way she gets on like a 15 year old cheerleader most of the time, her obsession with all things girlly couldnt be more nausiating - but shes a 30 something woman with a screw loose - its car crash entertainment.

You will never see this bitch out of high heels either. She could be on a treadmill and she'd still be tottering her hefty frame round in a pair of stiletos.
