There's also Creamsickle the song that didn't make the cut on In My Mind,
?uestlove definately put his Prince influence on that song, it sounds a lot like If I Was Your Girlfriend.

LOL I just read this on ?uestlove's blog concerning Baby, he hit the nail on the head:

"Baby" was our head nod to all the great prince imitators of the 80s (not prince...but the cats that sounded like him: think Ready For The World---they had the same instruments but the mix was totally different)

?uestlove produced all the remixes, 4 a project that was supposed 2 be titled Out Of My Mind going under the name P & The Yessirs that Pharrell financed himself, unfortunately they couldn't get any backing from the label 2 finish it so it never got mastered or anything, so ?uestlove has been putting a new song every 10,000 plays from this project.

All I know is this Pharell - 'Baby' track is just great. I didn't know Questlove did this as a remix, DAMN. This is 2-funky. This has PURPLE all over it. It feels like 1982 all over again. It has that purple music sound that Prince was putting out in 1982 (Check out the album '1999', Vanity 6's debut album 'Vanity 6' and The Time's 'What Time Is It?') along with some of that Jesse Johnson flavor at the end of the song with that guitar. I wonder what people like Prince,Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Jerome, Morris Day, Jesse Johnson, Sheila E, Wendy & Lisa, Dez Dickerson, Ander Cymone, Alexander O'Neal and the rest of those musicians and artist out during that time in the 80's think about this track? Now that would be interesting.

Those tracks like thoses that you all mentioned are GREAT remixes. It's taking you back during the 1980s, when Prince was at a creative high.
