Should I get into Neil Young?

I love Heart Of Gold but it's the only one I know... should I give his back-catalogue a go? If so, what albums are best to start with?

people think i'm crazy, but i like his recent stuff more than his classic material. i think "greendale" and "living with war" are fantastic albums, but i can't really get into his older stuff because it sounds too dirty-hippie for me (my mom would slap me for saying that lol ).

I'm no expert but I love "Cinnamon Girl"
I finally heard "Tonight's the Night" recently and was disappointed (apart from the brilliant "Borrowed Tune")

Neil's older music is the best. His newer stuff is pretty good too, but I prefer his music prior to the 90's.
