'Light Up The Night' is an excellent album.Favorite songs are "Stomp","Light Up The Night","Treasure","All About The Heavens" and "Celebrations".There's really not a bad song anywhere on the album.Sadly, this was their last album that Quincy Jones produced.

'Light Up The Night' is an excellent album.Favorite songs are "Stomp","Light Up The Night","Treasure","All About The Heavens" and "Celebrations".The Rod Temperton influence is all over this album. This album sounds like a Heatwave album, imo. It's got that same cool, sophisticated funk sound.Sadly, this was their last album that Quincy Jones produced.

He wrote the song "This Had To Be" and sings backup vocals.

Louis Johnson is 'silly' on the bass throughout this entire album. ...Jerry Hey did the horn arrangements.

Great album!
We all want the stuff that's found in our wildest dreams.
