Could this mean that she's doing a complete tour this summer? Is her solo album due soon? Has the Fugees reunion been cancelled?

I won't be able to go to this show.I'll be in Atlanta that week.

Don't know if I'd go, especially if I had to pay money. No telling what sort of performance she'll put on once she arrives late.

i know i'm really late but what happened to her? was it a case of the first solo album doing sooooo well that it caused problems, like the ugly side of fame or something?

It got shelved for being too "different" than the miseducation of Lauryn Hill, thats why she's touring non-stop right now.

I loved her album, and have been anxiously waiting for more! I really hope she delivers with this concert. For those of you planning to go, have a great time for me.

I think she had a hard time dealing with success and fame.She also couldn't deal with the pressures of being a role model.She has said that she felt like a hypocrite,giving young girls advice about dealing with guys ("Doo Wop (That Thing") when she herself was dressing provocatively and having kids out of wedlock.I heard that she had some kind of breakdown a few years after 'Miseducation' came out It's a shame,because I think she really had alot to offer.She's one artist who truly could have changed the direction of hip-hop.

I don't claim to know anything about Lauryn personally, but from the things I've read, I think her man screwed with her up too. Didn't she have 3-4 babies from Rohan in a matter of a few short years? I read that his infidelity is very hard on their relationship, but she continues to put up with it and he continues to do it and has babies from other women (I guess the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree). I also believe that she allowed herself to get even more screwed up and misguided by some "spiritual" guru she brought into her life a few years ago. She should find a good man and start writing some good songs and forget about all the bullshit. She doesn't have to be a superstar, just some good music from her would be nice.

I just hope that Lauryn and her family are well. It's very sad that she's been having a hard time. I hope she knows that her fans still care about her.
