Mmmm.....I haven't listened to Bob in a while. I absolutely hate "One Love" for some reason. "Am-A-Do" is another one that I've never been crazy about.I never got "Trenchtown Rock" either..... or "Stir It Up" Or the studio version of "No Woman No Cry".....I love the live version though. I can't even listen to "Jamming" anymore because it's his most overplayed song. I've worn out "Could You Be Loved" and "Redemption Song" too, but "RS" is still one of the best acoustic songs ever, imo. Ok.....it's starting to sound like I'm giving a list my least favs. so I'll a list of my favorites.
"400 Years" "Concrete Jungle" "Misty Morning" #1 favorite. For some reason a lot of fans don't care for this one. "Crazy Bald Head" I will admit that I like Fishbone's version a little better. "Sun Is Shining" "Punky Reggae Party" "Slave Driver" "Natural Mystic" "Iron Lion Zion" "Get Up Stand Up" "Hammer" "I Shot the Sheriff" I like Eric's version too. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke) | |

After Prince, Bob Marley is my second favorite artist of all time! The man was a beautiful prophet - so talented, so gorgeous. He has so many amazing songs that it's hard to narrow my list of favorites. Here are some:
Burnin' and Lootin' (Talking Blues version) Concrete Jungle Caution Midnight Ravers War Waitin in Vain (don't care how commercial it is) Rebel Music Natty Dread Get up Stand Up I Shot the Sheriff Heathen One Love/People Get Ready (don't care how commericial it is either) Put It On Stir it Up (Original and commercial versions) Time Will Tell Bus Dem Shut (Pyaka) Natural Mystic Turn Your Lights Down Low Slave Driver Them Belly Full Hypocrites No More Trouble Three Little Birds Kinky Reggae Want More Craven Like a Choke Puppy Could You Be Loved Oh my goodness, how could I forget Redemption Song????
