I never saw the video. Was it that bad? Performers often grind on audience members. The crowds usually love it. What was different about this one (other than the girl's age)? I saw pictures of the girl. I would have NEVER guessed she was under 18.

Exactly! THAT'S what I said yesterday as well.

If they check their I.D.s before they let them on stage.

As I stated in the other thread yesterday, one of 3 possiblities that girl could have made it in the club is if she was using a fake I.D.

Then they need to take it up with the club owners if that's the case. I assumed it was an all-ages show. Too bad they didn't fire him for making shitty music. Gwen, too. Fuck 'em both. biggrin I demand that she return to No Doubt immediately and get some direction that is not fashion-oriented.

The only thing he should apologize for is being Ignorant! Not for not knowing her age, but for bringing someone up on stage without them signing a waiver, its PERFORMERS 101!, if you are going to have contact with someone you need to protect your ass from a lawsuit, i mean she can say anything at this point, she can say Akon beat her ass up and hes screwed because its word against word. Everyone that does this in their show, whether is Christina Aguilera strapping a guy to a chair or Beyonce or MYA giving a lapdance, they pick the person before the show and the person signs a waiver, Though Akon was just dancing with someone, if you are physically touching someone, you are liable, dont apologize, just do your homework next time.

Good point LD. I've notice that even Janet always have the males she pick out the audience to sign a waiver right after they're taken backstage to receive their free photo of themselves tie-up to a chair while Janet seduce them.

I mean also think of PRINCE shows, i know we've all seen tons of them, and when he brings ladies up to dance, (though they havent signed anything) he also does not touch them, hes not grinding on them in front of 20,000 witnesses with camera phones!

But you know he wants to.....he's Prince! lol
