Eric Leeds "Times Squared"

can anyone on here tell me some more about this album.

it sounds like madhouse but it's an eric leeds release
so i'd like to know who plays on it.

is it just prince and eric?

and who wrote the songs? did eric write some of them,
or did prince write the bulk of it?

when exactly was it recorded and where (at paisley?)...

tell me everything you know about it please

biggrin

I LOOOVE that album, it's just as good as the original Madhouse stuff! I think most of it was recorded in either 1990 or 1991, probably the latter. The Dopamine Rush was taken from earlier Madhouse sessions.

Here's some more info on it:

This was intended to be a Madhouse album (26, I think), after 24 was cancelled. It's actually put together from re-worked instrumental Prince/Madhouse outtakes from the 80's. Eric assembled it and did the work on it and Prince suggested that he release it as a solo album. "Lines" was newly recorded, and the only track with no involvement by Prince.
