Your feelings about the song do indeed stem from some "issues" as do everyone elses - be it daddy issues, mommy issues, sexuality issues, family issues, relationship issues, society issues, WHATEVER - this is what I believe. So when you say it has "nothing to do with the song" it's just not true - your overwhelmingly negative reaction to a pretty positive (as most people see it, damn conformists!) song is being shaped by SOMETHING in your life. Just because you don't see the connection doesn't mean there isn't a connection there. I know, I know: you know yourself, I don't know you, blah blah blah. But I've formed an opinion - deal with it.
