Okay, This Probably Has Already Been Discussed

But does anybody else think that Macy Gray's song, "Finally Made Me Happy" kinda/sorta resembles Prince's song, "How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore"? To me, these songs sound kind of alike. Perhaps not the entire song, but the beginning definitely sounds like the Prince song mentioned above. In fact, "Finally Made Me Happy" sounds like it could have even been written by Prince himself. Your comments, please.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Doesn't remind of me of"How Come...."..but the vid is a P tribute as we all know.

..and Natalie Cole looks amazing in that video. Still fine at 56.

Gotta find the video for this song on Youtube. I never knew that the video to this song was a Prince tribute. Pretty cool.

lol It came from the original script of "Purple Rain", when it was still called "Dreams". I read this from the script online, thought it was funny, and thought I would use it as my signature line.

Okay, just watched the video, now I love this song even more. It's cool how Macy copied the opening scene from the "When Doves Cry" video.
