lionel richie encore-what do you think of this live album?

tracklist is:hello,
running with the night,
dancing with ceeling,
brickhouse,three times a lady,
still
penny lover
say you say me
all night long
easy
angel
say you say me

this version of hello have amazing singing by lionel,
nobody sang hello like lionel, not even late luther.
also brickhouse is very funky,
in the middle of brickhouse lionlel is paying homage to ohio players with singing lyrics to ohio players song 'fire'.
i mean its nowhere good as commodores live 1977 and lionel needs funk injection but its pretty solid live album.
band is tight and lionel is playing some nice piano.
his vocals are in top form.
did you know it was the last concert on old wembley stadion .

I personlly don't care for the live album. Lionel's voice is not up to par on many of the trax. I think Lionel is a great singer/songwriter, but Encore doesn't do it for me.

If you listen to The Commodores Live from 1977, you'll hear a different voice (of course it is almost 30 years later). Encore's arrangements and live production don't do it for me.
confused
