Vinyl copies go for $50 -$100 on Ebay! Eddie Hazel's recordings as well as "Parliament-Newberg Sessions" are set for re-release/remaster by a small label. HUH? where'd u hear this? On a news item at Okayplayer then I saw the labels website, no release dates, it's just in the works.

Wendy & Lisa, Eroica & Fruit at the Bottom. Both of those where stolen from me. I have since bought an import of Eroica but my original had a 3" CD of Lisa playing Visions and other piano pieces. If I ever find out who took 'em...they are going to get a foot up their behind fo sho. I still haven't replaced Fruit yet. [This message was edited Fri Jun 20 16:53:21 PDT 2003 by Pagey]

"Boogie Fever: The Best of the Sylvers." I was in Tower Records a few years ago when I saw this. I actually held it in my hands and put it back thinking, "this'll be here the next time I come back." Instead, I bought "Super Rare Disco." I've been kicking myself ever since. I've contacted the distributor, Razor and Tie; I've tried to order an import; I've tried to bid on it at ebay; I've gone to a record expo looking for it, even had someone there announce it on the PA system! (I left with something I wasn't even looking for: Rhythm & Quad 166 Vol. 1 because it had "Shorty Swing My Way"--another hard to find item--on it) all to no avail! Occasionally I search the net but...nada!
DAMN, DAMN, DAMN! That's what I get for not going with my first instinct, and for not taking their popularity serious enough.

NPGMCMUCKRAKER said: "Buckingham-Nicks" by Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks (pre-Fleetwood Mac) is classic that needs to be remastered and released on CD.
Let's hope it arrives next year when Fleetwood Mac hits the road. - Chuck It has been re-reased as a CD. In a deluxe pack of some sort. But I don't think it was remastered. I do hope it will be and it will be a Japanese Mini LP CD format where they reproduce the original album artwork, sleeves and all in CD format! My list...hmmm...every Prince protoge album. Of course, his Madhouse albums. I wish I knew of others right now.., a great thread topic!
