How many people believe this whole Britney "breakdown" was an act?

I saw a few photos of Britney the other day, and she is already back in shape. Usually people who have breakdowns, dont have the energy to hit the gym and dance studios the way she has, which leads me to believe that this whole issue over the last few months, was nothing more than an act, i mean really what was the big deal, shaving her head? wearing nothing under a dress? looking drunk? There are artists that go on stage like this, lets face it, it was an act.

Maybe like Mariah, she was just always a bit crazy!

its not the outfit, what the hell happend to her stomach, about 2 weeks ago she was bloated. The outfit is something that Bono would wear, well at least the hat and boots

The thing is she totally played the part well, sure she has issues, but who the hell doesnt, is she nuts, probably, but i think she always was. I mean she just did some things that even Michael Jackson was saying, "wow i never tried that". Its a game, the fact that "musically" she hasnt had anything out in about 4 years and yet she is the most talked about female in Music, goes to show you how the media has changed. I dont doubt that Britney when she releases her next album will be right back at the top again, I mean she already had the "mega" stardom that puts her in the same breath as Madonna,Michael etc.. Whether u like her or not, she is a product of the "game" and she knows how to play it just like the others did.

i don't think she does, the mastermind behind it all is her mother. it's not beyonce or britney. they don't have the education or the experience it's their parents.

I think we underestimate how smart she is actually, i remember thinking back in the 80's and 90's that Madonna wasnt smart, but she turned out to be one the smartest females ever.

i think she is dumb! her mother isn't. just watch the interviews with Jamie Spears. She is playing the game. Brit is just pushed out in front of the cameras. Her goal was to get married and have kids. She wanted to marry both of her husbands with out prenups. Jamie sent her brother Brandon to LV to get her to annul the frist marriage. Jamie is the brains. She's classsic stage mom, and think that led us to get Kevin and this episode. Brit is rebelling. In 5 or 6 years Brit might turn out to be pretty bright, but she has to get out from her mothers thumb.

I agree....this is all for more media attention....

These people (i.e. Britney, Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, etc.) are all about media attention/paparrazzi....

First they do everything possible to get on the cover of every single magazine for all the wrong reasons, then they put on an act, complaining of how horrible it is to have the media following you around 24/7 (when in reality they love it, they are addicted to it and if all the attention would go away they would probably get extremely depressed and do some crazy shit just to bring the media attention back)....

If she really didn't want all this attention then she wouldn't be walking around in her underwear with a freakin' Cowboy Hat on, walking around trying to pretend that shit is normal, she's such a joke! She tries so hard to be cool, it's pretty sad.

Whatever is or was going on, I hope she´s going back to normal. It is hard to judge from a single picture, but this picture looks better than the ones from crisis, so hopefully it trully indicates that she´s getting better.

I don't know about her but it's sad the way the media describes her breakdown as gaining weight and shaving her head, once those two things were fixed so was she. This whole thing is fucking hollow and it's obvious yet people eat it up. What a frivolous culture we have. sad
