Stevie B. had some banging hits in the late 80's and early 90's. Some might even call him the king of freestyle. Party your body and spring love were the bomb! I'm thinking of picking up a GH CD today. Summer is coming and I need hot beats to strut to. Anyone else dig his music? Freestyle was the shit. such a great combo of electro, rap, r&b and funk!

Love Stevie B. "Spring Love" used to get a lot of play for years...probably still does around this time but I ignore terrestial radio. They do actually play the song on Sirius disco/classic dance channel. They play a few of his others, too.

when i was livin in omaha,neb back in 89'/90' i remember lovin "because i love you"4 it's bare bones approach of just a piano/keyboard and vocal. you gotta have major balls and strong pipes to step out there like that....

i picked up his GH cd yesterday and that shit is bumpin! great summer jams indeed!
