this has been bugging me awhile. There was a video from probably 1991-2 (I'm guessing) of some shoegaze/alternative song and it really grew on me. It was a grainy black and white video of some emo kids having a house party, they were hanging around the stairs and drinking and stuff. I thought the band might've been Catherine Wheel.

Anyone know what the hell I'm talking about? I'd love to hear that song again...
