That's a good question, I would agree with Lo-fi for sure! nod

To me, it is instrumental hip-hop, but alot of that gets filed under "electronic". smile

If you think of DJ Krush, DJ Shadow, Avalanches.. they are all placed under "electronic" but we know the true spirit is hip-hop. wink

Wal Martian is a DJ too, so if you can think about how a Fatboy Slim put beats together, and why the music might represent dancefloor styles... hmmm

All I know is that right now Canadian college radio is eating up Wal Martian's album Martian Law and every kind of show is playing him, cracking the main (All Genres) charts in every city.
