I went to the Bob Dylan concert last night at Heineken Music Hall Amsterdam and it was great! He and his band performed the well known hits like Memphis Blues, Like A Rolling Stone, It Ain't Me, but also songs from his last album Modern Times, Rollin' And Tumblin', Netty More, Spirit On The Water and Thunder On The Mountain. His voice was exactly like it sounds on Modern Times.
He was very distant, didn't talked or looked at the audience the whole show except when he introduced his great band to us, but hey, that's Bob Dylan.
Highlight was concert-closer All Along The Watchtower with a tremendous guitar solo by one of his bandmembers.
What an artist..

Sounds fuckin excellent. I'll have to catch him next time he's in London.

To be honest, every time I've seen him live he's been fucking awful (and I'm a huge fan, got all his albums and loads of bootlegs). Why do I bother? I'm a guarded optimist.
