Bernie Worrell documentary

i was in japan last week and my friends from presspop music gave me their dvd about bernie worrell. its called stranger: bernie worrell on earth. its great!!! i was mainly into clinton/bootsy but now i can see worrell's genius.

interviews with tlaking heads, bad brains, clinton, bootsy, mos def, prince paul, bill laswell, etc.
i'm labeled as a bad character
no matter what i do
i'm labeled as a bad character

It's on DVD????? eek
I saw that documentary at a filmfesival in
Stockholm.It was sooooo great.
I contacted the makers about wanting to get the
dvd,but they said it was not for sale.
Maybe they released it now.
That documentary was fantastic!Gotta have it on dvd!

hi there! i asked my friend maki hakui at presspop about getting this dvd and she said:

I got antsy, So I went ahead and got mine from Amazon.com-Japan....it plays fine on my region 1 DVD players...

oh cool, mine says region 2 but it might actually be region-free.

i know some other presspop music dvds are region-free...

Agreed. This is a cool record. Where else can you hear Bernie Worrell, Maceo Parker and Tony Williams jamming together?? cool.

And the George Clinton-featuring tracks are solid '90s P-Funk.
