Well he has had anorexia in the past for sure. Have you ever heard those leaked phone conversations of his back a few years ago? He admitted that he didn't like to eat because his father would always make comments about his weight when he was younger & he said his weight was the only thing he could control. But he has stated in the past in interviews that he is not a big fan of food and I think any man who is 5"10/5"11 and only weighs 120 lbs would be considered underweight. Even Katherine, Latoya & Joe have all said that Michael does not like to eat. Joe said that during the Dangerous Tour MJ was being fed through a tube actually. As far as the lupus goes, I said "Reportedly" because I don't know how true it is.
