Hurray for Sanjaya 3/27!

Sanjaya has done it again by sporting a mutli-mohawk and singing a sweet and cute song. Not one judge had anything bad to say about tonight's performance. woot! woot! Go get them,Sanjaya! You can win, sweetheart!

Yep, he looked much younger at the start of the season. I hope he makes it.

He reminds me of Prince, too. He's got a mix of charisma, warmth and sweetness that the other contestants lack. No wonder lil' girls cry of excitement when they see him. I wish I knew how to post pics. sad

He had a great audition, but nothing else. His voice does not project on stage, and he often is out of key.

Please do not compare him to Prince who in his highest register has more amplitude and power than Sanjaya with a megaphone.

I think he is a nice kid, and I appreciate the bold moves fashion/hair wise, but its supposed to be a somewhat singing talent show and onstage he is lacking both.

Shame since I think his sister would have been better on stage, but again he had us all fooled by a top notch "for once in my life" audition
Music is the best...

I was comparing looks not talent. Sanjaya needs singing lessons.

from buddy tv

I was surfing along through Digg today looking for some stats on last week's race, trying to get something together with today being the big day and all, and I found several blogs all stating the same thing. They had received a mysterious email from an Idol insider stating that Sanjaya was the #1 vote bringer last week. I almost threw up.

Would it be the end of the world if somebody gamed the American Idol voting system and caused Sanjaya to win? Seriously, let's be grown up about this... YES! Seriously, first of all, how true can this possibly be? A mysterious insider, with no verifiable info, why should we believe them? Sounds mightily suspicious to me. But the whole scenario did make me consider the awful truth. What if Sanjaya won? Would it be the end of American Idol? Not at all.

Booooo! I repeat booooo! I see your just a clown like this clown who nobody can rid of. He shouldn't even be in this competition. He should've been gone the very first week. Sundance or Jared truly should've made it. They're both way better singers than this guy. His sister sings better than him but she's on the sideline, What the hell is going on? I guarantee that this fool won't get past tonight. I'm like the guy in MN. Down with Sanjaya! Off with his head because there ain't nothing in it anyway. One last booooo!
Peace and be wild!

I haven't called anyone any names. Let me understand, what makes me a clown? Or is it that you hate Sanjaya with a vengance?

That's right. Each person experiences events differently. You may may remember how much you disliked Sanjaya's wacky hairdo. I saw a charming and quirky young man.

I've heard that the producers do NOT have to go based on the votes. If that's the case, the voting thing can run as successfully as possible and he can get the most votes, but they'll drop him out in a few weeks! Of course, Howard will call for some kindn of legal action. I'm on team Stern with this and am having a really good time with the show...for once!
