Brown was supposed to show in a Broward County, Florida court to face battery charges, and when she missed the deadline, a local judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest.

The assault charge stems from an alleged incident in a Florida beauty parlour when Brown, real name INGA MARCHAND, reportedly threw hair glue at the owner and then spat at him.

Brown was arrested on suspicion of battery and violent obstruction following the alleged disturbance last month (15FEB07).

The rapper has denied spitting at shopkeeper HAYSSAM GHONEIM and resisting arrest.

She was sentenced to three years probation in October (06) for assaulting two manicurists at a New York nail salon in 2004. She was also ordered to undergo regular drug testing and attend anger management classes.

Now the sad thing about this is not the fact that she is going to jail, the SAD thing is that some moron at BET is already thinking about a reality show featuring her in jail and when she gets out of jail, and of course the youth watching BET, that is their role model, that is their image.

She's been back and forth to court for not complying with the court order anger mgnt class
