kinda off-topic,but I'm sure you guys can help me lol

Yesterday while I was at the record store,I went into the jazz section and came across a Blackbyrds CD that contains two of their albums on one disc ('City Life' (1975) and 'Unfinished Business' (1976).Do you guys recommend this? I have a Greatest Hits CD by Blackbyrds but never got any of their albums. Is this CD a good place to start? Any other Blackbyrds albums I should check out?

...City Life (especially) & Unfinished Business are what got them out there.

Their first album and the Cornbread, Earl and Me soundtrack are still available.
The rest of their catalog is out of print so the twofers are a good deal.
