J.Lo is very obvious.

Faith Evans married Biggie in the name of popularity. Yeah, Biggie loved her. But Biggie also loved/lusted Lil'Kim too.

Cherrelle? I don't know for sure. Although I wonder if her and Alexander O'Neal were more than friends/duet partners. I wonder the same thing about Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell.

Everyone else you mention is correct. Those ladies are/were married to the men they were sleeping with.

To say Faith Evans f***ed for tracks is an understatement. At 19, Evans had a daughter with musician and producer Kiyamma Griffin, from whom she later split. She married Biggie Smalls only ten days after meeting him during a photo shoot. Less than one year after The Notorious P.I.G. died, she married someone else and had a baby by him.

As for Cherrelle, her "Affair" album was inspired by a tryst she had while married to backup singer and later producer Randy Ran (it was never confirmed it was Alexander O'Neal, but merely "someone in the business").

Now Babyface, maybe (IMO). Remember the video The Deele had for "Two Occasions?" Remember the guy singing the first verse wearing what looks too much like a women pajamas?!? Well I wonder if he had to kiss up to Babyface to have a role in this song. hmmm

Ironically, The Deele did not know Babyface could sing until he wrote "Sweet November" for their second album, "Material Thangz."

Ronald Isley did marry the producer who revived his career in the mid-1980s, Angela Winbush.

Oh course, given his present situation Mr. Bigg may be f***ing for tracks (or in this case, cigarettes) as we speak. biggrin biggrin biggrin

[Edited 3/22/07 17:52pm]

I forgot about Angela. And BTW, she also slept with Ronald for a second opinion on what to do about Rene (who was rumored for cheating Angela out of a lot of money off the royalities). It was Romald idea for Angela to end the business relationship with Rene all together.

Rene Moore and Angela Winbush had an ugly, public falling out, complete with stories of Moore abusing Winbush and accusations of Moore's compositional thefts. Things got so ugly that they wound up in court and Moore came out the loser.

I remember how Moore used to whine in the media how Ronald Isley broke up Rene and Angela and how Winbush broke up their marriage to be with Mr. Bigg.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if every now and then one called up the other when their womenfolk are out, for old times' sake.

drool is right. They're old enough to be my grandfathers and I'd still shag both of them silly.

I've got a friend who was down in NY not too long ago who swore he saw the pair at a drag show. How's that for cool? cool

I like to think that they're good friends (with benefits?)

Like when I was young, my parents left me under the illusion that the Beatles were all best friends, especially John and Paul.
Very young.

That makes two of us, on both counts. razz

Then again, I'm a heavily slash minded person. Blame it on an unhealthy fascination at an early age with just how touchy-feely my fave boyband was with each other.

I guess if you like that butch/dirty skank look, then Pink is hot. Maybe because some people think that because she looks rough that she would be good in the sack -- but to each his or her own.
