Timbaland working with Madonna? According to Rosie -YES Timbaland and Nelly Furtado were on THE VIEW yesterday and during the interview Rosie may have leaked something Timbaland was not ready to reveal. They were talking about what artists he'd love to work with and Rosie said 'Madonna was telling me how thrilled she is to work with you'...
Timbaland did not give a yes or no and said something about a 'secret society' among aritsts and that he cant say much about whats coming up....and Elizabeth said ' So bascially YES!'.... Pharrell, Timbalnad...hmmmm...curious as to what collabos will come out of these partnerships....and a bit concerned...dont want her sounding like Gwen, Nelly or (GASP Justin... peace Every minute of last night is on my face today....

Is The View on ABC? They were on Goodmorning America performing so maybe they headed over to The View afterwards. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

I doubt Timbaland working with Madonna is going to sound like other Timbaland stuff, and Bjork seems to have liked working with him. [Edited 3/20/07 10:26am] You CANNOT use the name of God, or religion, to justify acts of violence, to hurt, to hate, to discriminate- Madonna

Maybe he can rip off an Amiga .mod file for her this time around. When he's gone through all the biggest female artists of the 80s and the 90s maybe he will get to XBOX music.

Im eager to hear what Chad/Pharrell and Tim will do with Madonna. Im tired of her electro phase.

In a national poll poeple voted 2 Timbaland tracks(JT & Furtado) in their
list of 2006's best, the only 2 songs that aren't ROCK. It seems a lot of people appreciate his work,so I wouldn't worry about Madonna working with him. After all,Madonna will still pull the strings,we all know how she is! Love4oneanother

Timbo gave the info weeks ago. And hell no (.....to all of the haters reading this), Madonna didn't have to f*** Timbo for tracks, IMO.

As I've said before, if she could get a "Take A Bow" out of Babyface in 1994 and a "You'll See" out of David Foster in 1995, when both of them were pretty much dried up creatively and practically every bland r&b/adult contemporary balad on the air was written by the two of them, I'm really not ever worried about the prospect of who Madonna chooses to work with. It's when she continues to work with someone too long (Orbit, Mirwais) or too much (Price) that I start to worry, because it starts to get stale. This "secret society" sounds similar to the pact Usher, Pharrell, and Jay-Z made a while back when Usher was promoting Confessions like crazy. Nothing has really been said except for "Anything" on Jay's latest cd...

I think they could possibly come up with something great. Or it could be a disaster. But I'm just happy to be getting new music from Madonna.

Madonna heading for a "Swizz" vibe?
New York-based hip-hop rapper and producer Swizz Beatz spoke to Hot97 radio about his upcoming projects and said that one of the artists he is currently working with is the Queen of Pop herself.Swizz's most recent productions include Beyonce's "Ring The Alarm","Get Me Bodied" and "Check On It" as well as collaborations with the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Gwen Stefani.Yet to see how his collaboration with Madonna will materialize, but this is another confirmation of a new American mainstream sound for Madonna's new album.

She's clearly going for an American mainstream sound this time around.I don't think she has completely abandoned electronica dance music.Stuart Price is still on board.I think she just wants to add some R&B to the mix this time.

I really don't care who she works with,as long as the music is fast.If she and her producers don't lose sight of the fact that most of her fans are dance music fans, everything will be fine.I'll only be pissed if she comes out with some boring, midtempo, smoothed out R&B/hip hop garbage (like Janet's "Call On Me" or Beyonce's "Irreplaceable").Keep it FAST and geared to the dancefloors!
