Unbelievable
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

I'm so tired of her vocals..Does she really have to scream out every single note on every single song?

It took me a while to get into her. I did not like her when she started. Such a strong voice with someone so young singing stupid pop did not fit to me. But I fell in love with the Stripped album and got used to her voice. Now I really like it. I think she found the right style to fit her voice.

I know it astounds me. Where is her resonance? She must have a massive throat or something... ask Dallas.

Dude, "Dirrty", "Ain't No Other Man", "Fighter", and "Can't Hold Us Down" are perfect examples of her scream-singing.

I think she just has such a strong voice that will always sound like screaming. Janet for example may scream as they wish and she´ll never be accused of screaming.
But I do agree that in Dirrty she really screams. I hate that song of hers. That´s the only song that I don´t like on Stripped.

BTW Theodore, do you know where could I download this Grammy performance?

Here is her hopefully "non-screaming" performance. Check it out.

Her performance of At Last always brings me to tears. It´s that powerful.

Wow... I never liked her per4mances of "Hurt"... beautiful song but somehow I just don't like it live. confused

And I agree... I don't like "Dirrty" disbelief

My favourite song on Stripped is "Walk Away"
