Truth be told most of the DeBarge brothers have the smoothe falsetto but to me bobby's is the strongest and El's of course is a close 2nd then comes Darrel Debarge and Bobby DeBarge III bobby's son of course. I was a huge DeBarge fan as a teenager but I gotta go with Bobby over El. His voice on I Wanna Be Closer is so sublime.
