Amy Winehouse seems to be getting a lot of attention lately. She reminds me somewhat of Esthero, who I prefer. Does anyone else hear any similarities in these ladies?

Anyone want to speculate as to why one is getting more of a mainstream push with her sophomore effort than the other?

I was wondering the same thing. I LOVE both Esthero CD's and when I heard Amy Winehouse's the first thing I said was this is very very similiar to Esthero.

The only thing that i can figure is that Amy's record label and PR people did a hell of a better job than Esthero's.

I dont see any similiarity at all
