he was so sexy during the BAD era!!!!

as far as the drastic change went with his appearance, I think that during this era, with his surgery, he looked natural at the most....meaning during this phase, in my opinion, was when he had the most natural looking plastic surgery. The only other major difference was the lighter shade in skin color oh and the chin thing. but when the Dangerous phase entered, he looked completely different. His lips were pinker, his skin was more pale, and his facial structure was completely different.

People that look at MJ and say he hasn't changed remind me of people who say, "I don't see color."

But you are being a typical fan, you rarely compare him with pictures pre-Thriller, you tend to compare him with the Bad era where he has already gone through drastic change(I am sure those of us who were old enough to remember when Bad came out can tell you how shock we were with the changes in MJ), it's almost like by comparing him with the Bad era you convince yourself that he hasn't change much. And although you put a couple of pics from Thriller in, imo he still looks drastically different from the thriller where he surgery became obvious.

show me the drastic change on these. There´s only different nose and a cleft in a chin. Two things Mike has admitted to.

I could have sworn Michael had his cheekbones lifted. It said so in an early 80s Michael Jackson special. They used to run those like they ran for Prince. They told his life and how his dad made him go solo. That and after Off The Wall he had his cheekbones taken out.

ANd I KNOW he hasn't done anything to his color. He has a real skin disease Vitilago. But does anyone know the reason he gave for his surgeries.

I don't think he's had any surgery on his cheeks. He's only had surgery on his nose and chin. The fact that his cheek bones look more prominent could be due to weight-loss. Or maybe his face just shaped out as he got older (i.e. he lost his "puppy fat" and got a more prominent figure). Which is a common thing.

He had his nosed changed around 1980. He had his nose changed again, and a cleft put in his chin in 1986. Something fucked up happened to his nose around 2001. He fixed it up sometime in 2004, or maybe it was 2005. So all in all he's had about 4 operations on his face. 2 at the time of Moonwalk, so he wasn't lying then. But in LWMJ, he was obviously lying when he said 2. He had atleast 1 more operation. The one I like to call "the fuck up" that left him looking like he did in 2001 and 2002. Fucking horrible. But he fixed it up in the last couple of years and now he pretty much looks like he did in the late 80s and early 90s. Just an older version.

These two portrait are not the best to compare, but even not the worst. Notice also the lips. They´re the same. You can see the lack of color on the lower lip due to vitiligo. ´They aren´t really different. They look differently at times according to the way Mike "paints" them back.
