That's a completely reworked track, more likely. It's very similar but I doubt the original tapes were used. That would have added up to the production costs and why would have Prince dug up them for her? Was it Prince who would have dug them up or Warner Bros.? Remember the "Nothing Compares 2 U" beef?

I think Joe Jackson did a decent job of that himself. You can't blame Jack Gordon for how Michael turned out. Joe should have beaten the crap out of Jack Gordon for abusing Latoya and forcing her to make up lies about her and Rebbie being sexually abused by Joe. We know that Jack Gordon allegedly abused Latoya Jackson. But unless you read a story where she said she lied about her and her sister (and brother Michael), what makes you think it's a lie? After all, her father does have a reputation of also being abusive (which is probably what attracted Jackson to Gordon). All I know she is back with her family and standing by them again and sticking up for MJ..I am not quite how to take this U-turn myself.

But notice that Lotoya Jackson (to my knowledge) has never recanted that particular allegation about Joseph Jackson's sexual abuse. Also, supporting Michael Jackson during his legal woes is not mutually inclusive of settling any differences with her family (more particularly, her father). Only God know's what happened in that house-hold with Joseph. I don't wanna go on about how bad Joseph Jackson was, considering without him we wouldn't know who the hell the Jackson 5, Michael, Janet let alone Latoya are. I really do try to give him the benefit of the doubt, because it couldn't have been easy bringing up 9 kids, 6 of them boys in a two bedroom hut in a bad neighbour hood, but when you get someone like Michael jackson saying he use to throw up at the sight of his Dad, you know something which went beyond normal disciplin went on in that household, whether it included sexual abuse only God knows. I really hope it is not true, but who really knows.

I also don't want to have images of Joseph Jackson jumping on Rebbie, Latoya or Michael or beating Marlon because he couldn't keep up dance steps, either. However, I also feel a lot of people categorically dismissed Latoya's story simply because of the messenger and never considered if any of that stuff actually happened. Here is a description about one part of the convos
Talks about pictures / family Janet Randy and that Joe would tell Randy he was not good enough and told him he was just a filler after Jermaine left. Joe never hugged them, but he hugs his OTHER Daughter.. Says Jackie got it the worst but he wouldnt fight back.. He talks about how sick it was that his father had girlfriends... says quote "Joe was always screwing women in the other room".. made him sick and his brothers did the same thing ... Mj talks about how he would tell women about Jackie and how he used to lure women up to his room and that Michael would tell them NO dont go ! and warn them.. but the women never listened and they would indeed get kicked out and Michael would have to stay with them and tell them it will be ok... He also says the BAD cover was airbrushed The part I'm listening to he talks about how women in Germany love black men and how America(I think) doesn't appreciate blackness [Edited 3/12/07 17:40pm] "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them.
