When you're doing The Bird, you're flapping your hands by your side chest-high.

When you're doing The Oak Tree, your hands are held up in the air like you've been arrested. You rotate your torso to the left and then to the right while wiggling your fingers.
THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums. HOLD ON TO YOUR DRAWERS!

nod Plus, I don't think the Oak Tree has the same scooty leg movements. (Is "scooty" a word? confuse)
