Your Top 10 Stevie Wonder Songs Given to Other Artists Thinking about all the great songs Stevie has written, I tried to come up with this list. As a huge fan of Marvin Gaye, I can't believe one of his songs didn't make it. I cheated a little -- Syreeta was obviously going to be included, but I decided that my favorite song Stevie gave her is actually on one of his albums.
10. Betcha Wouldn't Hurt Me - Quincy Jones feat. Patti Austin (1981) 9. Loving You Is Sweeter Than Ever - The Four Tops (1966) 8. Tell Me Something Good - Rufus feat. Chaka Khan (1974) 7. I Can't Help It - Michael Jackson (1979) 6. Come Back As a Flower - Stevie Wonder feat. Syreeta (1979) 5. You Are My Heaven - Roberta Flack & Donny Hathaway (1980) 4. Let's Get Serious - Jermaine Jackson (1980) 3. Until You Come Back to Me (That's What I'm Gonna Do) - Aretha Franklin (1973) 2. The Tears of a Clown - Smokey Robinson & The Miracles (1970) 1. It's a Shame - The Spinners (1970) It was a tough call -- the top 5 are all absolutely fantastic.  Hell, they're all great."Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis | |
