TONI BRAXTON'S 'MAKING ME HIGH'

That's easily her best ever song. That was a perfect storm song:

Great Vibe
Great Groove
Great Vocals
Great Video

I always up the volume to about 22 when that comes on. Bryce and Face did a smash-up job on that cut. Bryce needs to do more shit.

You know I used to really like her, but now these old songs sound about as funky as Whitney Houston.

unlike whitney, toni's songs have aged well. You can totally tell which year whitney's stuff came out, while toni's stuff was timeless.

Agreed. I love that as well!

My top three favorite Toni Braxton songs all come from her first album.

1.) "How Many Ways"
2.) "Breathe Again"
3.) "Love Should've Brought You Home Last Night" - her voice is absolutely amazing on this song.

"You're Making Me High" was a good song by Toni Braxton, a slightly bouncier version of the LaFace sound. It's not my favorite song by her, but it's not one I'm going to skip on the player, either.
THE TRAFFIC JAMMERS, The Org's house band: VAINANDY -- lead singer; NAJEE -- bass; THE AUDIENCE -- guitar; PHUNKDADDY -- rhythm guitar; ALEX de PARIS -- keyboards; Da PRETTYMAN -- keyboards; FUNKENSTEIN -- drums. HOLD ON TO YOUR DRAWERS!

Bryce is why the song has any sort of "bump" in it. Groove Theory is subtle, but jammin.
