Diddy's Song - Last Night (Minneapolis influenced I know there has to be a thread about this, but I can't find it? I'm referring to Diddy's song - Last Night, it screams 80's Prince and the whole Minneapolis sound.
U know, as much as we complain about rap on thsi site, U have 2 admit that Diddy's stuff is different, yes, it's very commercial, but he doesn't talk about bitches and hoes, and killing, he's just an entertainer, much in the way that Hammer was. Today's hip hop is so boring and repetative, when this song came on the radio, it was sort of refreshing. It reminds me of the 80's I guess.... | |

i kinda like this. ITs got an 80's new wave/funk vibe to it. I like how haggard Keisha Coles voice is. Not bad. Makes me wanna A happy face, A Thumpin Bass, For A Lovin' Race. PEACE. | |
