What was supposed to be the year of no concerts for a-Ha since they had toured 2005-06 playing 60-70 shows in countries like Norway,UK,Germany,Spain,Russia and one date in NYC in Sept 2005, they have lined up 2 shows in August in Norway and are rumoured to be one of the acts at the "LIVE EARTH" event in July, there are also rumblings about another trip to NYC (please god!!). All this while they finsih up their 10th studio album which they are trying to get out this year. a-Ha is currently signed to Universal throughout the world with the exception of the USA where they have no distribution since 1993. There deal with Universal is for 3 new albums, and its reported to be in 7-8figure range. Their last cd (2005's) Analogue sold well, passing a million worldwide and getting them into the UK top 10 for the first time since 1988. To date a-Ha has released 36 singles, and sold 72 million records.
