Timbaland says he's in talks with Madonna

Producer Timbaland talks to Billboard magazine about his upcoming 'Shock Value' album featuring collaborations with Justin Timberlake,Nelly Furtado,Elton John and Fall Out Boy.He mentions that he's going in the studio to produce tracks for Eve,M.I.A.,Chris Brown,50 Cent,Missy Elliot and Madonna.

"Missy and I still talk.She's like a sister to me and I'm with her til death do us part",he tells Billboard."I haven't gone into the studio yet with Madonna.I need to call someone to talk about that further."

Madonna is currenly in the studio with Pharrell.

The old hag should do full rock album...not shitty timberfake rehash!

We always see her name as a producer on almost every album - I'd love to hear how the Madonna production sounds like...

Why would Madonna want to work with him? Ok, I'm not naive, I realize he's very hot at the moment, but all the songs he produces or guests on all sound the same. Sure, they all have catchy beats, but there is nothing new or interesting about any of his stuff. I guess Madonna is pissed she didn't record "promiscuous girl"

Certainly aiming at the American charts. I'm excited!

Madonna's trying to stay relevant to the children of her fanbase. It's gonna be hard for her to find new fans as she gets older. Pop music is a young person's game.

This isn't Johnny Cash working with Rick Rubin to expand his artistry. This is a pop star angling for hitmakers to put her back on the charts.

We'll see how it works.
