I miss Freddie Mercury I still remember that I cried when my grandma told me that Freddie died. I was almost 10 if I'm not mistaken. I'm listening now to Made in heaven and I feeling so sad. This guy was my favorite singer when I was kid and Queen one of my favorite bands.

ONE OF THE GREATEST ENTERTAINERS EVER "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Exactly, also one of the Greatest Bands ever. BUT they are easily the most underrated, when people talk of Great Guitarists, its not often enough that Brian May comes up, When people talk of great Drummers you almost never hear the name Roger Taylor and when bass is spoke of once again, no props to mr. Deacon who was layer to all that Queen did. So member by member i put Queen up against any band that is ranked as best, and you know what, they usually win out. An absolute genius! A magnificent composer/writer/coretograpther/performer.
On Princes level, very rear. Said 2 have the greatest voice in rock & Roll! I remember in the UK where i am and where he died, all over the front newspapers. The world holded its breath. I went 2 Kensington, London where he had a house and where he died. Outside the closed walls of the house, where thousands of graffit and personal messages written on the walls. MAny different languages witten beautifully. Queen where well loved by ethnic people as well. Sam 8) Prince 2010 Good Luck for Future & Tour

Queen is still one of my favorite groups. I had a DVD of them performing at Wembley circa 1986 I think and it was amazing to see how Freddie just had everyone's attention in the stadium. Amazing. "I ordered no broth! Away with ye lest my cane find your backside!!"- Ralph Wiggum, Actor.

I saw my brother's VHS tape (he's the one that got me hooked on Queen) of their concert in Budapest. Awesome, worth watching. Ohh purple joy oh purple bliss oh purple rapture! REAL MUSIC by REAL MUSICIANS - Prince "I kind of wish there was a reason for Prince to make the site crash more" ~~ Ben |

Freddie is one of the greatest singer/songwriters ever. His voice is like no other. The Made in Heaven cd is haunting. I love it, but it makes me very emotional.

I cried too when he died and I mourned like I would someone I knew. It's amazing how being a fan of someone's music, they grow on you like someone you actually know. I also felt like it was the end of an era when he died. Like Rock music changed after that.
