Ok, I admit it! I was a big Kajagoogoo Fan!

...

especially the sound of their bassist (and Chapman Stick player), Nick Beggs!

My favorite tunes:

Part Of Me Is You
Too Shy
Hang On Now
Snow Melting The Ice Away
The Lion's Mouth
The Loop
Ooh To Be Ahh
Take Another View

neutral um.....anyway, that's all...just had to get that off my chest.....carry on....

Don't be shame, dawg! I dig them too. I STILL bump "Too Shy" in my ride. I have their album. That shit was bangin' when it first hit. U know, John Taylor from Duran produced this. Kinda obvious by their image.

I know!! Their second album, Islands is much better than the first, IMO! They were trying to be taken seriously at that point, going towards a kind of Duran - meets - Level 42 kind of thing, but the kids had already moved on by then.....

One of the best synth-driven tracks ever, IMO.

Hell yeah (to all of you in THIS thread), I said it. Kajagoogoo should have been better than a one-hit wonder band.

The hair and "too shy, shy, hush, hush, eye to eye". I've actually seen this hairstyle in Toronto and wondered if they moved there.
