although special mention should go to TTD's "Holding On To You" which
is one of the best songs by any artist in any genre in record history

TGE is fabulous. Vibrator is spotty but damn good and I haven't listened to History in years.

I'd say tho that 'Vibrator' is the only TTD album to be in the same range as a good P album (not heard 'Wildcard' yet, so can't speak for that).

I love Vibrator, but my favorite TTD album is Symphony or Damn.

I bought a three CD-set of Introducing The Hardline, Symphony Or Damn and Vibrator. For some reason I never bothered listening to the latter.

I think the bad title, awful cover and cringeful song titles put me off.

That really doesn't make it sound more rational.

I didn't realise I had to rationalise to you - a stranger - which albums I listen to?

I think my least favorite ones are Introducing and Neither Fish...I'm so digging Vibrator and A& V Volume II! biggrin

I'm thinking of purchasing volume II, is it better than vol I? (wich I don't like).

Agree!I seem 2 be the only 1 here who also really loves Introducing the hardline..,this was his first album and I have such great memories from it.

Vibrator was such a dissapointment 4 me,really confused
And I admire TTD,I made friends listen 2 him and I still remind people how
great he was.
Vibrator was TTD trying 2 be Kravitz IMO or it's his TRC ,I don't know...
only like Holding on to you

I love both Vibrator and Gold experience. They are both so much better than most anything you could have heard. Neither is perfect, however. Mike's album isn't even one I've heard.

I love Introducing the Hardline.... I'm not sure if I prefer it or Vibrator as my second favorite. IMO, TTD's only real disappointment was Neither Fish Nor Flesh, but even that has "To Know Someone...," one of his very best songs.
