When I was a youngun' living in Bed-Stuy, there was a youth club called "1212" that had dances on Friday nights.
Whenever a slow-drag tune was played, they'd turn on a RED light.

Very pornographic scene at times.
The Bells has very fond memories for me. cool

And we are all know of the 'red light districts' of the world....so there you go!
