and the one right now that drives me nuts is the current crap from the Red Hot Chilli Peppers

I haven't liked the Chili Peppers since the Blood Sugar Sex Magic days.
They just keep churning out the swill.

Their music just sounds the same. Their 2cd set is grabage, much better were the two extra songs on Greatest hits, but Hey Oh Snow sounds like several other of their MOR filler on albums from One Hot Minute to By the Way which by the way was theiir greatest since Mothers Milk.
Bring back songs like Stone Cold Bush and Sir Psychosexy I say.

A stupid chorus indeed... but nothing is worse than Gwen Stefani or Fergie.

That's one of my favourite songs. The melody and harmonies are beautiful. Besides the chorus, it has a lot of good lyrics. Stadium Arcadium is their best work IMO.

The reason that song is like that, it was Camille and he was just having a bit of fun with the George Clinton type thing. Its a very silly but also very funky little song which was a good release from the morbid seriousness of its top side on that record. Something called "Sign o the Times!".

Also the main reason I am not going to condemn La la hee hee hee is that it is only a B side not a single release like snow. The Chilis are just realising that adding MOR fans to their base will bring more money and sales and help them 4get that as men in their mid 40s they are hardly the skater punks of 1984 anymore
