Does anybody like Maxi Priest?

Maxi Priest I Just Wanna Be Close to You and solo with Shabba Ranks on Housecall was Great. Excellent in concert,Excellent Voice. Where is He and when is he going to perform live? Ditto for Shabba. Shabba!

"Everybody who admits to having such a lousy musical taste should be slapped!" is what I really wanna say, but I will say "I do not like Maxi Priest and neither should you."

I think there should be a fashion police here as well as a thought police.

Shabba still releases lots of singles. most of them only in Jamaica. He also makes lots of guest appearances on other jamaican artists records. he doesnt have a record contract with any of the major companies thus making it a little bit harder to access his new material. one of my latest favorites is his guest appearance on the song "gimmi di music" with T.O.K. The T.O.K. album is called "My crew, my dawgs" and should be in everyones record collection. check it out!
I woke up sunday morning with no way to hold my head that didn't hurt
and the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad so I had one more for dessert

Does TOK album have the Prince sampling "When Eagles Cry" on it?

I dig Maxi's smooth reggae-lite sound but Jimmy Cliff did the definitve version of "Wild World".
